Does remote training work?Remote training allows clients to pick trainers who are the best fit for them, regardless of geographic location. As with in-person training, results of remote training rely on adherence and dedication to the training plan.

Do I need a gym membership to start? Most people who hire personal trainers have a gym membership for a local gym. But, not all clients' plans require a gym membership. If you have enough space in your house, I can design a program that will allow you to start your fitness journey with bodyweight exercises. As you progress, you may want to join a local gym to further your training goals.
-
What is your refund policy?Sales are final, and no refunds are issued except in the case of documented debilitating injuries for which continuing exercise is counter-indicated (e.g., a severe car accident). In the case of such an injury, a prorated refund will be issued after sending documentation from a health care provider that normal exercise is not possible.
-
How are payments processed?Payments for training are made via Venmo / CashApp / Zelle.

Do you have an app for clients?No--apps for personal trainers skim a surprising amount from each client, resulting in the need for trainers to raise prices. Third-party apps also cannot be guaranteed in terms of client privacy and confidentiality, and the third parties that own the apps may sell your personal information. I use a simple online form for check-ins, and workout and meal plans are provided as text files that you can easily access on your phone.
